Position Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for all operational aspect of their unit.  The Manager will utilize their leadership skills to recruit and develop efficient team members.  In addition to staff development, managers will implement daily restaurant operations, maintain operating standards, and motivate their team members to build sales. 

Responsibilities:

·       Hire, develop, and supervise team members and maintain adequate staffing levels

·       Staff scheduling, product ordering, and weekly paperwork

·       Ensures an overall positive experience for each customer by monitoring food and beverage quality, maintaining store cleanliness, and promoting outstanding customer service

·       Enforces proper food safety procedures and company polices to ensure the overall safety of the staff and customers

·        Help set financial goals and create marketing plans to increase sales

Requirements:

·       Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience

·       A high school diploma or equivalent

·       Valid driver's license to travel among stores

·       Ability to lift 50 pounds when needed

·       Strong communication and leadership skills

·       Basic mathematical and computer skills
