The Cleaning Authority is looking for team members to help us grow our business! If you are quality-oriented, efficient, have a positive attitude and great attendance, we have a fast-growing, fun work environment, full time employment, and opportunity for advancement waiting for you. We offer:
- Hourly pay rate depending on experience (higher than most for industry), plus travel, training pay, mileage, tips, regular reviews with pay increase, and annual bonus plan.
- Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required. We provide extensive training if you meet all other qualifications.
- Paid holidays and vacation, regular reviews
- Ability to work independently
- Career path quickly leading to more responsibility and higher pay
Requirements:
- Personal vehicle with current insurance and valid US driver's license
- Squeaky clean background check, good references and driving history
- Stable work history--prefer at least two years with a previous employer
- At least 21 years of age.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- No contractors or 1099's--full time employees only
