Our client in Cranberry is in search of a Construction General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 20 years of experience in the steel building industry. Must have a proven track record of successful completed projects from beginning-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution in all facets of construction.
- Must have experience arranging and negotiating with plumbing contractors, excavators, concrete contractors, finishers, and all other contractors needed for each project.
- Experience managing multiple Project Managers and multiple projects.
- Experience dealing with vendors.
- Extensive travel.
- Ability to interact with customers.
