About this job
Customer Service (Photography background)
1. Respond to incoming phone calls/e-mails from end users and dealers.
2. Receive and enter all incoming repair work to the AS-400.
3. Proof reading of repair orders.
4. Update repair progress in the system and move incoming repair work from station to station.
5. Ability to receive packages in our warehouse, open the shipments, and enter to daily receiving log.
6. There is a strict demand for accuracy and speed.
Working hours: 9-5
Requirements:

This position requires an individual with prior experience, a high energy level and the ability to multi task. It is somewhat of a physically demanding job as it requires that you be able to sit for extended periods of time as well as be on the move.
