Overnight BAKER / Production Specialist
As a team member your top priority is guest satisfaction. Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter or producing quality finished bakery items that our guests come to enjoy and love you will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences.
As the overnight Baker/Production Specialist, you are required to:
Prepare baked products as assigned
Ensure all baking is done to proper specifications
Ensure all show case specifications are met
Ensure all quality assurance standards are being met according to specifications and the franchise requirements
Prep all required products according to above standards
Properly follow all food safety procedures
Clean areas as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
One year baking experience required
Lifting between 10-20 lb is a daily part of the job
This is an overnight shift - 10pm - 5am
.
