About this job
Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep. for their company. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Excellent time management and organization
Supurb communication skills
Self-motivation
The ability to work within a team as well as individually
Problem solving abilities
Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
Computer proficiency with Excel
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing customer service
Following up on customer orders and tracking the shipments to ensure on time delivery
Provide accurate prices quotes an rates upon request
Document and log documents to ensure proper records
Monday - Friday 1st shift
Temp to hire
Salary: $25-$30K
