Clinical Research Nurse - (Research RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 7.5 D
Clinical Research Experience (oncology experience preferred, but not a must).
Ability to read and execute orders based on protocol requirements.
Ability to assess patients for toxicity related to investigational agents.
Clinical research nurses work with clinical trial participants and are responsible for evaluating, planning, and documenting the findings of the research study. It is common for clinical research nurses to provide direct care and closely monitor the study’s participants, as well as be responsible for recruiting participants and making sure that all ethical standards are met during the study. It is also possible for clinical research nurses to work in long-term care, rehabilitation, and outpatient areas.
