Director – National Accounts

The Director of National Accounts champions the firm's position as a leading provider of staffing solutions across all major industries. This leader will manage a team of National Account Managers charged to plan and execute account management and sales strategies to increase market share and profit margins in maintaining and growing our strong position in the marketplace. The Director will strongly participate in our strategies in the retention of national accounts and thereby drive market share and revenues by providing leading the team that provides a single point of accountability for strategic solutions for an assigned list of major accounts.

The position reports directly to the Vice President of National Accounts, and is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Tacoma, WA.
