About this job



· Is the site-level systems and ID contact between Supplier and Client

· Provide system and ID support and readiness

· Provide troubleshooting assistance to Agents/Representatives

· Coordinate Agent/Representative ID tracking and issuance

· Communicate new, termed and changes in Agent/Representative status to Client

· Manage system issue tracking, escalation and resolution support

Responsible for system login, ID, new user uploads, and issue resolution related to the Project. Shared responsibility with the Training Support Staff.

Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Working knowledge of Optum systems (preferable)

· Ability to manage spreadsheets

· Very detailed oriented and

· Able to communicate effectively with the client

· Expert knowledge of Excel

· Basic understanding of IT concepts
