Our customer service teams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.

This is a call center environment; on average you will be responsible for around 60 to 80 outbound and inbound calls a day. You will be reaching out to preidentified candidates and getting them to talk to a registered nurse about treatment options that will assist in the rehabilitation of their condition. Most candidates are unaware that they have this service so you will need to educate them on it.  Your main objective is to get the patient to speak to a nurse regarding treatment options. Your success is measured on a conversion rate. In order to be successful in this role you will need to be fearless on the phone.  You will be learning 3 wellness programs. These wellness programs will be taught during training. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming provider and enrollee calls 
  • Resolve customer service inquiries which could include: 
  • Enter notifications, Providers status of an existing notification and determining if notification is required.
  • Complete notification wizard along with ICD-9 and CPT coding
  • Provide excellent customer service to both providers and enrollees
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance.
  • Assist with faxes and emails 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Must be able to work 4 hour shifts 5 times a week. 
  • 2+ years of Call Center experience. 
  • 1+ year of experience with a basic (or higher) level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 6+ months of professional experience in a Clerical or Administrative role.
  • 6+ months of professional experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform ones job duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Sales/Cold Calling experience.
  • Experience with Medical Terminology/Coding (ICD-9 and CPT).
  • Knowledge of Healthcare or Insurance Benefits.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid.
