This site is best suited for those who wish to work as part of a structured team in an active and dynamic environment. Candidates should be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays, and will most likely begin as part-time employees before moving into a full-time position.

Qualifications

A successful Security Officer candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)

We are looking for intelligent, courteous individuals with a friendly attitude, professional demeanor, great customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Previous customer service, military or law enforcement experience is desirable. In addition, Whelan complies with the Navajo Preference in Employment Act.
