Experience and Required Skill Set
- Minimum three years case management and supervisory experience
- Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to problem solve
- Computer skills including MS Office (especially Word and Excel) required
- A valid state driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation required
- Minimum two years of post-secondary education (preferably in nursing or social work)
