Managers' duties include achieving planned sales and profit levels through implementation, management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards, in addition to managing scheduled shifts, and ensuring guest satisfaction. 1 -2 years prior management experience is preferred for Assistant Management positions. A solid work history is required for all positions.
