Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year experience with SMART1 or SMART3 system
- Experience reading electronic schematics as well as building/troubleshooting PCB boards
- Ability to document any findings from data collection or research results as well as make recommendations for change
- Good communication skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Job requires initiative, creativity, and ability to be a self-starter and to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical school or service training beyond high school preferred.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk around considerably, kneel down, crawl in confined spaces, use ladders and not be afraid of heights. He/she must help move benches and racks, pull cables, lift fixtures, computers, smart boxes, monitors, etc alone or in a team.

- The ideal candidate will be the first line of support on the test floor with any issue relating to test.
- The candidate will need to support all test areas in the Manufacturing center. This includes manual test stations, SMART stations, and accessories test benches. Interface with testers to determine if anything is wrong with the bench and pass this information to maintenance when needed.
- Keep up to date with all test procedures for all units to pass this along to the testers when needed
- Constantly be on the lookout for anomalies with units under test or test processes to pass along to engineering for further investigation.
- Assist with special engineering projects such as checking out new test procedures or test software before being released to the test floor.
