About this job

Job Purpose:

Oversee entire restaurant operations, directing food and beverage preparation, maintaining customer goodwill, collecting revenues, maintaining and controlling inventory, equipment, sanitation, and managing staff.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Ensure that all Pride systems and routines are incorporated into the day to day operations. Accomplishes casual quick service restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining employees, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.

* Maintains flow of satisfied casual quick service diners by maintaining kitchen production; monitoring order-taking and filling; performing all fast food jobs, as needed; responding to customer complaints and special requests.

Requirements:

* Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time.

* One to three years of management in a high volume restaurant preferred, QSR experience strongly preferred.

* Must have excellent customer service and employee relation skills.

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

* Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Must complete Food-Centric Training, Product Phase and Service & Management Phase.
