As a Cafe Rio Team Member, you are responsible for preparing and serving fresh-from-scratch food for the number one quick-service restaurant in the nation! Whether you're interested in providing excellent customer service on our front lines, or learning and refining culinary skills in our full-service kitchens, Cafe Rio is sure to have a team member opportunity that's right for you!

What We're looking for:
*Customer-centric, upbeat attitude; enjoys working with people
*Willing to sing, dance, cheer, and have fun during work
*Follows recipes and preparation procedures; correctly portions, prepares, and serves meals - with no freezers or microwaves you will be preparing and serving fresh-from-scratch food while ensuring Every Meal is a Masterpiece
*Strong focus on quality control, cleanliness and safety: Able to ensure food is properly handled and prepared, follows all sanitation and safety procedures, and produce the freshest product
*Able to stand for 8 plus hours
*Able to lift 50 pounds
*Kitchen skills (knives, recipes, cooking) are a major plus
