REM Southwest and South Central Services is seeking a Health Services Supervisor to oversee two or more RNs and/or LPNs/LVNs including interviewing, hiring and scheduling while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Health Services Supervisors monitor the health and medical condition of individuals with disabilities; children with emotional, behavioral or medical complexities; children and adults with brain injury served. The Health Services Supervisor also manages the administration of medications, performance of physicals, provision of treatments and scheduling of medical appointments. If licensed as an LPN or LVN, manages administration of medications, physicals and provision of medical treatments in collaboration with an RN.

This position is a salaried position and will be based out of Redwood Falls or Marshall Office and will supervise Willmar, Redwood Falls, Marshall, and Canby regions.

Requirements:

• If supervising RNs, must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school or nursing program, have three years or related experience and be licensed as a registered nurse (RN)
• If supervising only LPNs/LVNs, must have an associate’s degree from a two year college or technical school, two years of related experience and be licensed as an LPN or LVN
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
