About this job

The Customer Support Associate (CSA provides superior service to EASI's consultants, our customer, and the internal team in the areas of payroll and expense administration, accounting, human resource, service delivery and consultant engagement. The CSA is the liaison between the corporate office and the delivery team for consultant related issues such as benefits, payroll and expenses and travel logistics.Essential Functions:

Payroll

  • Collect and maintain all consultant payroll, billing, and personnel data required for information management and accounting purposes
  • Execute weekly payroll process to ensure timely paycheck distribution and accurate invoicing to the client
  • Ensure all consultants are trained on the preferred time keeping system

Data Integrity

  • Maintain informational bulletin boards located at the customer facility, if applicable
  • Responsible for obtaining production goals as specified by the Delivery Manager (DM)

Travel

  • Management of all travel requests which include (flights, hotels, rental cars, expenses) and tracking
  • Interface with contracted travel vendors for rentals and hotels to ensure timely billing as required

On Boarding/Off boarding

  • Facilitate and maintain the process of pre-employment screening including all drug screens, background checks, and physicals (if applicable)
  • Ensure the proper completion of Pre-Employment Paperwork by all consultants
  • Initiate account creation for new hires in Customer's IS system if required
  • Initiate and track all laptop/air card requests, until request process completion
  • Initiate off boarding in EASi and Client systems

Regulatory Compliance

  • Maintain unemployment records and contest unemployment claims
  • Maintain Employee Files including unemployment and workers compensation Records
  • Follow Injury Reporting Protocol and maintain contact with the appropriate internal contact and the local medical facility that provides post-accident care
  • Support Delivery Manager to ensure compliance to state requirements for training and safety

Customer Service

  • Maintain consultant relations by escalating and support resolution of concerns related to payroll, benefits, -Utilize the available and appropriate resources of EASi for conflict resolution
  • Escalate consultant issues to human resources issues in a timely fashion as directed by the Delivery manager. Coordinate consultant care events such as lunches, get together, awards, etc as directed by the Delivery Manager
  • Assist in preparing client specific reports as required by the Service Agreement
  • Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client and EASi culture
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies for the office
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls or questions to responsible persons in EASi
  • Suggest process and policy improvements to the CSS/DM based on daily interactions with consultants

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or related business experience preferred
  • 3 + years' experience in a customer service related position
  • Ability to problem solve, effectively communicate, consistently meet deadlines and follow through
  • Preferred experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role supporting management level employees
  • Ability to support consultants for travel, safety, HR or similar issues on project sites "after hours" required
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office a must

Some travel required (to project sites, Aerotek offices and EASi's corporate offices)
