General scope:

This position will provide support to the Account Executive (s) in the management of the assigned accounts and the overall performance of the assigned team (s) while ensuring that specific operational processes and adherence to customer standards are in place. This position is also responsible for measuring improvements in performance of team members as well as efficiency at warehouse floor processes in order to meet all assigned responsibilities in a timely fashion. The incumbent will be responsible to observe polocies and procedures regarding human resources, safety, and overall warehouse operations as required. This is not a management position.

Summary of Duties and responsibilities:
Frequency Level of Responsibility

* Support in the scheduling the workload, monitoring, Daily Shared
and supervising assigned team (s)

* Support in assigning, setting priorities and assuring team members Daily Shared
are trained in all required duties


* Responds to customer inquiries/order releases and claims in a timely fashion Daily Shared

* Document and reconcile monthly shipping activities Daily Shared

* Provide support in the processing of transactions pertaining to
receiving, warehousing shipping of goods as per policies and Daily Shared
store shipping guidelines

* Assist reviewing operational processes in order to Daily Shared
identify improvements wherever possible

* Assist in the closing of monthly activity files for billing purposes As required Shared

* All other duties, responsibilities as requested by immediate Daily Full/Shared
Supervisor and/or Senior Account Executive.

Ideal candidate should possess:

* 2-3 years experience working independently with a minimal amount of direct supervision in customer service and logistics
* 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
* 4-year degree preferred
* Knowledge of fashion logistics distribution business preferred
* Strong Excel, Power Point, and MS Office expertise.

-Experience with EDI orders a plus

Hours are 9-5:30pm but candidates must be aware that overtime is required when the client needs are there and Saturdays could be in the cards as well. Late nights during busy season.
