This is an excellent assignment with the second largest paid TV provider in the country in which you will make outbound calls to residential customers and offer them a range of TV and internet promotions to come back to resign with our company.

All calls are outbound, qualified leads and the base-plus-commission pay structure can allow you to earn anywhere from $45,000 to $50,000+ a year. Job Description: 

Inbound Sales Representative Objective:

You will work in a state-of-the-art call center making outbound calls to Business customers regarding their separation with their residential cable and internet products and services.

Your specific duties will include:

  1. Handling questions, and selling cable and  internet products to customer who have ended their services prior to the call
  2. Pitching of cable and internet promotions and services to win back customer and to keep them enticed
  3. Processing new sales orders from start to finish while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team quotas and goals

Skills Required:

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing and consultative sales role
  2.  Experience in the telecommunications industry
  3. Desire to grow and advance professionally
  4. Strong technical skills/savvy

 

Training:

  You will receive comprehensive training, both in the classroom and on the job, to ensure that you have complete product and system knowledge.

  • Base salary of $10.00 per hour
  • Bonuses up to $900-1600 biweekly
  • Annual income potential between $45,000-50,000k
