General Production Worker

The candidate must possess a quality of attention to detail. The position involves assembling wire harnesses based off of blue-print diagrams, or other aspects of a job that ultimately creates wire harness systems for its clients. This could include; cutting wire to length via machine operation, wire stripping, general labor and lifting, or actual assembly of wire harnesses following a stand-up blueprint pattern. The job requires great attention to detail and mathematical skill, and because of this they place an emphasis on training their new hires. Each new hire will be paired with a mentor to ensure quality and correct job functions.
Attention to detail is the most important aspect of the job. Someone who is willing to learn and possess good mathematical aptitude would be an ideal candidate. Being mechanically inclined is a plus, and basic knowledge of hand tools (i.e. torque wrenches, screw drivers, hammers, etc) The work environment is relatively calm, where most employees are working at their own stations. Many employees were listening to headphones.
