Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

The Customer Service Representative will receive inbound calls originating from the nationwide distribution of a sportswear catalog to middle/high schools and club sports teams. The CSR must project a friendly, helpful and professional image to customers at all times.
- The ability to address and to resolve customer concerns in a proactive, quick and professional manner is a must.
- The position consists of sales development in coordination with outside sales reps and management, web site management assistance, order entry, follow-up, order tracking, inbound phone support and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Qualifications

Must:

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word and Excel

Plus/Preferred:

• Experience in art/design is helpful, bu tnot required
• Familiarity with the apparen industry is helpful
