General Laborer - Full-time / Part-time

A grain company is seeking laborers for immediate openings. This facility is responsible for the receiving, storing, and monitoring of the grain.

Job Duties:

-Responsible for receiving, storing, and monitoring grain.
-Responsible for a large portion of sweeping grain into collectors and cleaning the facility
-Measure grain bin levels and grain
-Weighing inbound and outbound trucks
-Shipping and receiving duties that are mostly paperwork related
-Use Microsoft office for data entry
-Climbing ladders
-Working outdoors a majority of the time
-Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly

Qualifications:

-Cannot be afraid of heights
-Valid driver's license is required (may be asked to drive to the other grain elevators)
-Physically able to lift 50 pounds
-1 year experience in a production-based environment
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word)
-Ability to work in all weather elements
-Previous farm/grain elevator experience is preferred, but not required

Shift: -1st shift (7:00 am-4 pm) during non-harvest season
-During harvest, employees will be required to work 10-12 hour shifts working up to 13 days every two weeks (NEED to be flexible with hours during harvest season)
