Call Center
Pay Rate: $12.00
Intent of Purpose:
To provide entry-level call handling and repair dispatching
Authority:
Only as given by Senior Agent and/or Team Lead or Call Center Manager.
Specifics:
Tasks involved in achieving the position’s Intent of Purpose are as follows:
a) Handle one or more of the call queues.
1. Obtaining basic repair information from caller
2. Provide quality customer service excellent communication and
understanding timely and accurate recording of information close
cooperation between departments
3. Dispatch service requests in a timely fashion with a focus on cost and time constraints.
b) Meets standards for performance and quality.
c) Accepts mentoring from experienced agents, and proactively pursues
learning opportunities on their own.
d) Meets or exceeds company guidelines on attendance, tardy, etc.
e) Proficient with basic hardware, software, telephone.
Review:
Daily interaction with Senior Call Center Agent and/or Team Lead and Call Center Manager.
Issues:
a) Dealing with different (and sometimes difficult) personalities.
b) Maintaining patience.
c) Possessing a great deal of teamwork.
d) Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
