JOB DESCRIPTION

We're currently seeking a Human Resources Payroll Administratorfor a contract opportunity in Cary, Nc. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world's leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.

The HR Systems and Services team would like to bring on one Master Data (MDM) quality assurance specialist (contractor), with skills and competencies to handle audits. The new hire will back-fill one of our current resources by taking over the SOX audit requirements for payroll along with other duties that help us proactively govern data to prevent quality issues from occurring. At present, we have one individual performing these duties alone which can take in excess 60+ hours and even then all of the necessary auditing activities are not performed at a high level of assurance. With this additional resource we can significantly reduce the potential risks of over payments to employees, closely manage taxes setup on employee profiles, and other issues that can result from poor data quality.
