Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

This position is with a prescription benefit company that is looking for customer service representatives to answer inbound calls (high call volume) regarding prescription coverage. A patient will call with questions regarding their copays, deductibles, and general inquiries regarding their plan, and as a representative you will provide accurate information and be in compliance with HIPPA at all times. Representative may also receive inbound calls from physicians and pharmacies, so candidates must be able to communicate on a professional level.

An ideal candidate for this position will have a good job history (being in their last position for a year+), have call center experience in a pharmacy, or in the healthcare industry overall. Certified pharmacy technicians are encouraged to apply, but we will also consider those with experience in a healthcare call center environment, in addition to those who are bi-lingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian or Tagalog.

This a contract position, specifically for open enrollment, however they are looking for candidates who want a permanent opportunity, as they will hire top performers who do well with their performance metrics! This company also promotes from within, so there is growth potential.

Must be flexible to work any day and/or shift. This company is open 7 days a week, from the hours of 5am-10pm, which means a candidate will need to be open and available to work weekends and within any schedule that is given.

We do require proof of computer skills, so please expect to be tested on data entry, typing, and Windows XP.
