About this job
Looking for experienced Pharmacy Technicians with at least 6 months of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting. Will be working within the Prior Authorization Department handling review, disposition, documentation, input, and submittals of prescription PA requests. Must be flexible on a first or second shift. Certification highly preferred.
Job Duties include:
-Placing outbound calls to providers
-Handle inbound calls, fax, and email requests in a timely manner
-Perform data entry within claims processing and PA tracking systems
-Assist pharmacies in resolving daily obstacles
