Inventory/Kanban Technician - Full-time / Part-time

A leading provider in electrical technology solutions, is looking to hire Inventory/Kanban technicians to join their team. As a technician, you will be processing incoming material per kanban standards and placing standard orders as required. You will make location changes, review big hits and perform cycle counts. Will also control excess per Kanban standards and report stock outs for evaluation. Will create and make adjustments to Kanban cards and will label parts for identification. Will perform any computer functions assiciated with necessary paperwork. needed to support Kanban functions. Will maintain accurate stock levels, inventories, and locations of all parts.

There are 3 openings. Two of the three openings will start in the shipping department but they will be cross training in both jobs. One of the people starting in Shipping will be on a split first/2nd shift from 8:30am - 7pm. The other will work a second shift from 4:30pm - 2:30pm. The person who will start out in the Kanban/Inventory position will start on 2nd shift 4:30pm- 2:30am M-Th with OT Friday and Saturday as needed.


Pay is 13.14 per hour to start and they have raises available as well based on performance. These are direct placement positions.
