The Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining operational compliance and adherence to SOPs. This position will deliver on worker and customer needs through effective order fulfillment.

What you will do:
Play an active role in driving GM through effective management of pay and bill rates.
Fill customer requests in a timely manner.
In conjunction with the Operations Manager analyze customer and worker experience data to improve retention rates.
Ensure all new hires meet CLP's hiring guidelines.
Ensure CLP's policies and procedures are being followed (i.e. safety, hiring, compliance, record keeping).
Personal interaction with customers to further penetrate and develop business. This includes SMA calls and QAP.
Responsible for the implementation of QAP, order fulfillment, payroll, credit & collections, VoiceBack, safety (i.e. claim mgt, PPE, site safety inspections, Safety QB), new hire interviews & orientations, update and maintain hard/electronic files, I9/E-verify.

What you bring to the table:
2 years experience in customer service, recruiting and/or sales.
Construction industry knowledge and/or experience preferred. Highest commitment to customer service, development and satisfaction.
Associate's Degree in related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs and intranet usage.
OSHA 10 certification a plus.
Valid Driver's License and a car that can be used for work.
Bilingual language skills a plus.
