Layout, produce, and adjust a large variety of bench and floor units
lift up to 30 - 40lbs at times
work in close tolerances
ability to read blueprints and schematics or drawing diagrams
Layout, produce, and assemble control components on panels using hand and power tools.
Will use basic wire stripping tools, crimps, and labels
Need to be able to use a computer to print labels and label finished product
Ability to read blueprints and schematics. They do not need to follow schematics to do the wiring, just basic wiring diagrams and have a baseline understanding
Everything they work on are non-live units.

Candidate will be able to read schematics, be open to feedback, have strong communication skills and be dependable.
Will also be able to read wiring diagrams and be able to wire switchgear units.
Wiring of components inside and outside of cabinets and doors. Use meter to check wiring.
Prepare units for shipment.
Layout, produce and assemble control components on panels. work with components including interconnects and PTs into the final switchgear
Log defects.
Must be able to perform basic MRP functions
