About this job
- Ability to weld beams and frames made from thin metal.
- Read and understand schematics.
- Read and understand minimal blueprints.
- Build jigs for frames.
- Build and adjust beam jigs as required.
- Change gas bottles.
- Set up welders.
- Weld specialty items.
- Knowledge of materials required.
- Clean welding area as required.
- Able to read tape measure to 1/32 or an inch.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to pass welding test, background check and drug screen. Must provide welding gear, hard hat, steel toe boots.
