Youth Construction Job Coach - Full-time / Part-time

This position is part-time employment (15 hours a week) for individual interested in working with youth in the human services field. Teaching individuals how to become productive members of their community, and learn appropriate socialization and work skills to help them become more independent. Must be able to demonstrate respect and sensitivity to all individuals, be dependable and have good references. Primary Responsibilities include: helping teach, train, mentor individuals, supervising individuals in a construction related environment, participating in scheduled construction trainings, participating in community service activities, and working along-side participants at assigned job location. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
