About this job

customer service-Call Center oriented individual to be responsible for the following:
-answering Phones, Setting Service Appointments, and Routing Customer Phone Calls
-cashiering & General Office Paperwork
-receive, approve, and, when necessary, investigate client's accounts payable invoices
-posts Invoices
-balances Cash Drawer and Applies Payments
-communicates (both in verbal and written form) with clients, vendors
-keeps track of client assets
-prepares appropriate schedules and reports as requested
