Key Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving customer orders, reviewing customer order requirements, resolving and missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements, entering orders into the business system and following up with
customers regarding changes to orders.

· Must be accurate in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns and the approval process according to ISO guidelines. Needs to maintain low error ratio.
· Must be able to multi-task when receiving orders as it relates to taking the order and scheduling follow-up.
· Learn all product lines and be able to serve as back-up to other regions.
· Must have understanding of all PPG policies, guidelines and special product requirements and follow the ISO guidelines.
· Readily provide information to customers concerning MSDS, TDS and technical certs and/or direct to the appropriate functional area.
· Readily provide information to customers on basic information concerning return policies, availability, packaging, price and general information found on product literature.
· Must utilize the CAIR program for resolutions on general Complaints.
· Knowledge of the E Business process and accounts.
· Handle assigned Key accounts.

Qualifications

Experience and Education
A degree is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in a Customer Service manufacturing environment is required

Functional and Technical Skills
Candidate must have solid computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. SAP a plus! Excellent written and verbal communications skills also required.
