Home Instead Senior Care of Central NH is hiring a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Candidates must be proficient at multi-tasking, problem solving and Microsoft office suite, be organizational super-stars, and capable of following established policies and procedures. A snapshot of responsibilities include: coordinating and scheduling interviews & trainings, conducting interviews & reference checks, hold weekly new hire training, host on going trainings, maintaining CAREGiver files, schedule and conduct employee reviews, and work with our management software.
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in taking on additional responsibilities, learning new tasks, and growing with the company.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday 8a-5p in Manchester. You must be 21+, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and be able to pass background checks.
