A private Hearing Healthcare practice located in Richmond, VA is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to create selling opportunities and represent our practice with professionalism! Competitive salary and generous commissions!
GENERAL DUTIES/MANAGEMENT:
Effectively manage patient schedule
Manage incoming calls and capture all sales opportunities
Maximize outbound calls to patient database
Create a minimum of five selling opportunities/day
Capture patient referrals leading to sales opportunities
Contact patients to confirm hearing evaluations
Track and report daily metrics
Provide top-notch service while maintaining a sales focus
Maintain patient records in billing/scheduling system
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred
2 years telephone sales experience
2-3 years of retail sales experience preferred
Computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs
Able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented
Excellent people and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
HOURS
Monday - Friday, 8:15AM - 5:00PM
Two additional hours possible one evening/week, occasional Saturdays
