Remedy Intelligent Staffing is actively seeking entry level machine operators for a valued client located in the Madison area. These are immediate positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift with a company that offers competitive wages, benefits, and training upon hire.
Job Responsibilities
• Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
• Operate CNC Machines.
• Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions and tolerances.
• This may includse fabrication, cutting, or bending of materials
• Operate multiple machines as instructed
• Train other operators on how to run jobs
Job Qualifications
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for entire shift
• Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operating experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality are a must
