CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – SALES ADMINISTRATION

Location: Suwanee

Compensation: Competitive salary plus benefits

SUMMARY

Great opportunity in the Suwanee area for MOTIVATED, OUTGOING candidate with experience assisting and maintaining the sales administration functions. MAXIMIZE CLIENT SATISFACTION through order management and by maintaining relationships with our dealer network. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and DEVELOPING CREATIVE SOLUTIONS to meet client requests. Must also be comfortable working independently and providing updates to management on daily activity and solutions provided to the client.

RESPONSIBILITY – CSR SALES ADMINISTRATION

  • Processing, scheduling, expediting and updating SALES ORDERS

  • Communicating with dealers, customers, District and Regional Sales Managers

  • Develop product knowledge and provide information on product availability, delivery, and pricing.

  • LOGISTICS COORDINATION with shipping

  • Authorize product returns and resolve any invoice discrepancies

  • Perform other such related or similar duties as may be assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS – CSR SALES ADMINISTRATION

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration preferred with an emphasis in Management, or Transportation / Logistics (or equivalent experience)

  • Required Experience: 0-2 years

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • SAP or Oracle knowledge preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral

  • Strong customer service skills and follow-through

  • Troubleshooting experience

  • Must be willing to submit to thorough background check and drug screen
