TEST TECHNICIAN

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a TEST TECHNICIAN.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently hiring a TEST TECHNICIAN for one of our clients in Phoenix, Arizona!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setup and run unit testing using the appropriate test specifications and engineering documents

Recognize, interpret and record test results

Perform fault isolation, narrowing failure down to the sub-assembly level

Initiate and complete detail transfers to expedite end items through test

Use of digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, various microscopes, computer test systems, and other test equipment as required

Isolate and diagnose test equipment failures and generate test equipment failure tickets

Assist with component level troubleshooting as time permits

Involvement in plant site and cell level ACE activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of (3) years directly related electronics experience or an Associate's Degree and (1) year experience

Must have excellent assembly skills, problem solving and mechanical aptitude

Strong computer and report writing skills

Should be able to understand assembly documentation used in manufacturing process including schematics, assembly instructions & engineering specifications

Good interpersonal skills to effectively interface with internal and external customers

Must be willing to work overtime as necessary to support critical production schedules

Experience with JDE One World Quality System is a plus but not required
