About this job
Inspects, processes and investigates customer returned goods, as required. May be required to determine and identify the validity and cause of return. Maintain records, logs, paperwork and may distribute monthly summary reports. Processes scrap & returns to suppliers, as required. Expedites and updates internal rejections for Customer MRB (Materials Review Board) dispositions, as appropriate.
