What you will be doing
- Greet and efficiently seating guests in a restaurant that is properly maintained
- Supervise all staff
- Maintain a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room
Requirements
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations
- Written and verbal English language communication skills
- The ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
- The ability to effectively solve customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- Must have strong customer service skills and availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Must also be able to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods of time
- Able to communicate in English with guests and staff
