About this job

- Act as primary point-of-contact within the company for customer calls and email inquiries
- Manage company's process (products returning for repair) and keep clear communication between the team
- Provide basic technical support on the Navigator product line for end users
- Input data into Sales and Marketing CRM program
- Provide support to sales team where needed
- Schedule appointments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take escalated calls from customers about their products or replacement of them
- Navigtate through CRM system (pivotal)

Must have at least 3 years of customer serivce experience or sales support to be considered.
