We have a full-time opening for a Building Services Specialist.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Building Services Specialist
-Plan and execute projects
- Have certification or 5 years of professional experience in a work related specialty
-Read and understand technical documents and drawings
-Create and maintain building, process and system documentation
- Teach, train and lead others. Organize and manage teams and projects
-Promote a safe environment for self, co-workers and patrons
-Be a service professional role model, and a customer advocate
-Coordinate work with other departments, and communicate professionally with all department managers
-Work independently, scheduling work when least disruptive to business
