RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have a client seeking an Office Assistant. The candidate will be provided training and will be working side by side with a full time/part time employee who will be doing the same exact job.

Job Description: Taking insurance documents off of a printer, assembling them into a package and getting it over to Novitek their mail service. Responsibilities:
Performs basic clerical functions not requiring specialized knowledge of systems and procedures
Open, stamp & distribute mail
Code, group & forward forms
Collating and copying
Review files, documents, and printouts
REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to follow directions
Working knowledge of basic arithmetic
Attention to detail
Very fast paced
Need someone with excellent organizational skills; lots of paper coming through; candidate may also need to fill out info on forms
