About this job
Center Director needed for The Learning Experience in Lake in the Hills.
They will oversee the day to day operations of the center
Duties include; staffing, supervising and scheduling.
Works to ensure state compliance and record keeping
Conducts staff meeting and other various daily duties assign.
Processing leads and conducting tours.
Requirements; Possess a Bachelor's Degree (in a child related field is a plus)
or equivalent Child Care or Management experience.
1-2 years experience of work in a child care program.
Valid Driver's License
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Understanding the general business procedures
