POSITION SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible to manage and increase sales of assigned accounts, contact Key Accounts two (2) times per month by telephone, answer inbound sales calls, attend trade shows, email company literature, and participate in other activities as assigned. The Inside Sales Representative is to perform Cold calling activities soliciting small to medium-sized customer to increase sales of equipment in the U.S. and International markets. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Development of new business, new account generation and customer relationships. *Achieving forecasted sales budgets and quotas by negotiating and closing orders via telephone as required. *Develop quotations as requested by customers' in timely fashion. *Provide technical support and liaison with various manufactures. *Keep current on the activities of competitors and advise supervisor of those activities, which can affect the success of company objectives. *Maintain a high degree of sales professionalism. *Maintain activities, accounts and contact information in CRM Software. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: (To include: Knowledge, Experience, Education, Certifications, etc.) High School degree. High mechanical aptitude preferred. Industry experience is preferred. Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and CRM software. SKILLS/ABILITIES: The ability to recognize revenue opportunities, develop new business, new accounts and improve customer relationships.
