About this job
Part time CSR position, 20 hours per week.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer/Operation Managers/vendors requests and questions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
Primary Duties:
Interacts with customers/Operation Managers/vendors by phone, email and receiveswarehouse supplies orders.
Process requisitions for Accounts Payable
Update customer files with issued invoices
Issue invoices to customers-Preparing actual invoice using shipping and receiving reports and miscellaneous info obtained from facilities
Assures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices
Maintains a good working relationship with customers/Operation Managers/vendors by responding to all inquiries concerning invoices, orders, payments etc., in a courteous and efficient manner
Reports customers/Operation Managers/vendors feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
Acts as liaison between the warehouse and vendors regarding payment status
Performs paperwork associated with orders including the maintenance of customer files
Performs clerical work as required including answering phone calls, operating various office machines and computers
Most tasks will be learned through on-the-job training
Other duties as required and assigned
Is willing to help out in areas where qualified and requested
Most duties would be working with Microsoft Excel
Sort and file paperwork.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training
Warehouse management systems preferred
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
