Applications Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

A well-established manufacturing company located in South Orange County has an immediate opening for an Applications Engineer. This is a world-class organization, engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, sales and distribution of electronic components.

The Applications engineer will provide technical and application engineering support to the company’s customers, manufacturing operations and internal sales staff. Additional responsibilities include developing specification sheets, providing QC support and basic functional testing for electronic products in the industrial/consumer product industry.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will need have a minimum of a 2-year degree or trade school certificate in electrical or electronic engineering. A 4-year degree in the engineering field and 1-2 years of direct applications engineering experience within the electronic component’s industry is preferred. Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. The position also calls for a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro.

This position is available immediately and compensation is based on experience.
