About this job
Create and produce bridged video calls on client videoconference infrastructure.
Assist & provide guidance to end users on VC & AV equipment.
Perform basic trouble shooting remotely via helpdesk and escalating to Level 3 as required.
Process RMA for equipment repairs/replacements based on maintenance program.
Perform endpoint certifications and on-boarding documentation.
Create, track, and monitor incident and repair tickets to resolution.
Understand & adhere to Clients standard operating procedures.
Perform additional assignments as required.
Need to fill hours of 2am - 11am MT Monday - Friday
