OBJECTIVE:
This positions primary responsibility is to maintain effective customer service for all internal and external calls. Processing orders for merchandise accurately and professionally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Processing orders promptly and accurately with less than 2 errors per month.
*Answering calls professionally and consistently reaching the goal of at least 75-100 calls per day.
*Follows up on backorders to ensure material is received by date specified.
*Assisting customers with all needs including placing orders, checking stock, and all other measurable responsibilities required to satisfy the customer.
*Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
*Training new employees.
*Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications include 1+year's experience in a call center/customer service role, and experience taking a high volume of calls.
